Youth:
Show off your Wii Skills and learn new ones in this fun weekly meet-up. Each week will feature an hour of open video game play followed by game inspired activities. First come - First Wii!
Parents,
Love'em or hate'em, video games are a great way to get your child excited and physically active. In this unique class we will grab their attention with a video game hook and then follow up with real world activities that build on that week's game, such as running through a Super Mario's obstacle course or designing their own Dance, Dance Revolution routine. Each session will emphasize cooperative play (gotta learn to share that Wii), physical skill building and social development.

More About Albany Teen Center
The Albany Teen Center is open to all teens in sixth through ninth grade or from ages 11 to 15, offering drop-in activities, trips, sports activities and homework help from staff during the school year and over the summer break. The Teen Center building has a 52-inch LCD television, computer lab, video games, pool table and an outdoor area. It is available for rental on weekday evenings, and all day on weekends. In the summer the center hosts various field trips around the Bay Area, as well as games and educational programs designed to keep teens entertained and to build character. During the school year, the Teen Center is open Monday through Friday after school and on all school holidays, with transportation available from Albany Middle School.
