Come Running! Burn off those holiday cookies!!!
On Sunday, December 29, 2013, at 8:00 am, the RATS running club will host an Epic run. Starting at Suzette's Crepe Cafe on Solano Ave, the RATS will run on Solano to the Bay Trail, and follow the trail all the way to the new Bay Bridge trail (aka Alex Zuckerman Trail.) Volunteers will be on-hand to pass out water, GU, and bananas along the trail. Runners can choose to run their own preferred distance, to the Bulb, to Emeryville's beach, or all the way to the Bridge! After the run, everyone is invited to join the RATS for cake and coffee at the Albany Community Center, located at 1249 Marin Ave., Albany, CA. (The cake will be cut at 11:00 am).
