Friends of Albany Parks

 Friends of Memorial Park Gala, April 3rd at the Memorial Park Child Care Building, 7:00pm
The Friends of Albany parks is a program designed to encourage community members to get involved with the care, maintenance and beautification of their favorite neighborhood park.  Park Gala event will provide social gatherings geared toward developing ideas for park improvement, specific maintenance tasks and getting residents involved with community projects.  The Galas will also help foster a better sense of community and build social capital as neighbors meet and work with one another. Snacks provided!

Friends of Albany Parks will come together for Clean-up Day two weeks after the Gala.  Each member who attends the Clean-Up Day will receive an official Friends of Albany Parks T-shirt.  For more information please contact Liam Kelly at lkelly@albanyca.org
