Saint Mary's Student Fundraiser Hits the Mark!

The entire Saint Mary's High community took time on Thursday, December 12 to celebrate the fact that students wholeheartedly embodied the school's core Lasallian values through their participation in the 2013 Student Fundraiser. Thanks to generous friends and family, this year’s total was more than $63,000 – the most students have ever raised through this annual effort. Because of the support of parents, the effort of every student, and the generosity of donors, Saint Mary's has much to be thankful for as we enter this Christmas season. The funds raised support tuition assistance and student life initiatives.

Meanwhile, Advent service projects have filled one office to the brim with warm coats, jackets, socks, and toiletries for charities in Berkeley, Oakland, and San Francisco!  More than forty pounds of travel-sized toiletries were delivered to Oakland's St. Vincent de Paul shelter earlier this week!
