Walking for Fitness

Albany Area Walkers, through meetup, offers eight 30-minute walks a week to help you get off the couch and ramp up your fitness!  Most of the walks are flat, the company is good, and starting this week, we've got a new challenge:  Hill walks on Wednesday mornings.
