Here's disappointing news for those who hoped the hard-to-ignore red-and-yellow striped tent perched prominently this past week on Albany Hill was a circus or an over-sized bouncy house.
A Patch visit to the tent found that it was fumigation cover for what seemed to be an apartment building or large house on Jackson Street. (It was hard to tell since the structure was completely enclosed, though some amount of a malodorous chemical seemed to be escaping.)
Signs on the cover said, "DANGER PELIGRO FUMIGATION."
It also said, "Sulfuryl Fluoride (Zythor) EPA Reg. #81824-1 Chloropicrin."
Also listed was the company name, Van Hooser Enterprises of Campbell, Calif.
