Fate of the Albany Bulb Artworks?
The City of Albany is planning to move forward with its goal of turning the Albany Bulb over to the East Bay Regional Park District. It's not known what will happen to the Bulb artworks made from shore debris and other makeshift items.
Amber Whitson asked in her blog what will happen to the artworks at the Albany Bulb when the property is turned over to the East Bay Regional Park District.
So we decided to take this photo today, Wednesday, of one of them, who appears to have arms raised in supplication.
