Saint Mary's Presents "Crimes of the Heart"

The Saint Mary's College High School Performing Arts Department will present "Crimes of the Heart" on the school stage on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, October 27, 28, and 29.

The drama focuses on the three Magrath sisters who return to the family home in Mississippi after Granddaddy has a health scare.  Babe, Lenny, and Meg are three very different women living three very different lives.  Coming home brings joys and tensions and the love of family.

The story by Beth Henley was a 1986 movie.  The show will be directed by Mr. Antone Olivier, a 1970 graduate of Saint Mary's who has directed more than fifty productions in his 35 years at Saint Mary's.  The school does a fall drama and spring musical each year.
