Theater and Music Classes for Adults

The popular adult education Theater Explorations and Music Appreciation classes will resume the week of September 12 at the Northbrae Community Church. Students in Theater Explorations will see Rita Moreno at Berkeley Rep and attend an Edward Albee play at Aurora Theater, along with three other plays, at discounted ticket prices.  Guest speakers, including directors and actors, enrich the class experience.  Students in Music Appreciation will meet composers, conductors, and musicians from the Berkeley and SF Symphonies, and other professionals, who will discuss their work and perform. Also included are field trips to classical music events.  A background in music is not needed for this class. Sponsored by Albany Adult School,  the classes run for  ten-weeks and include a holiday party.. Students can enroll in one of three sections of the Theater Class.  The Music Class meets on Thursday mornings.  Register online and find more info at http://adulted.ausdk12.org/
