China Village Szechuan Cuisine Restaurant Reopened Monday

China Village is back in business after a long year of renovating following a kitchen fire.

China Village on Solano Avenue reopened Monday, nearly a year after a fire closed the popular restaurant. 

Having renovated the interior and revamped the menu, China Village is back in business and is serving Szechuan dishes like spicy mala duck in a beer sauce and sautéed whole crab with roasted chili pepper as well as a new cocktail program. 

The restaurant is owned by Chef John Yao who has over 39 years of experience cooking Chinese cuisine.
