If you were a witness to an incident which occurred on approximately 11 pm on October 1, 2012 by the Albany Middle School between a man and a TV news crew, please help us identify the participants and protect the innocent in an upcoming felony criminal trial.
Attached is a video taken by the local news crew at a memorial gathering for the late Mr. Izumizaki. If you can identify the male who confronts the TV reporter, or the woman he escorts away from the scene, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at 510-839-1200 or at scheer@siegelyee.com.
