Albany Housing Inventory Woes Continue

Homes for sale in Albany are few and far between. Find out what's available in today's real estate market.

Albany homes are high in demand and short in supply. Inventory has been low this past year and continues to be this month. With only two homes on last Thursday's broker tour in Albany, we are truly in a seller's market. 

Sunday (August 12th) you may have seen Diane Verducci's listing at 1039 Kains. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath Albany bungalow was open to the public from 2-4:30 p.m.
