Coming Soon – Albany Patch Gets a New Design

There's some exciting news to share about Patch – we’re getting an upgrade. It’s coming next week, and it’s going to not only feature a new appearance but also make Albany Patch easier to use, and a better place to connect and share.

Plus, you’ll be able to see it all on your mobile phone.

Here’s what you need to know:

Our site is being rebuilt from the ground up. The news layout will improve and be easier to comment on. And we're seeking to add more local voices to keep you in touch with what's happening and what's on people's minds in Albany.

We’re adding Boards to make it easier for you to connect with each other, discuss or debate an issue, or announce your garage sale or graduation, or find a lost pet.

Do you have more to say? It will be easier to blog, too. You’ll be able to start your own blog anytime and post whenever you like, or post just once or twice depending on what you want to say, whether it's to share information or expertise or express an opinion. And if you’re already a Local Voices blogger, these tools are much more streamlined and straightforward.
