Today, day. This isn't like Bike to Work day, where you're gently encouraged to change your ways. Spare the Air is a legal ban on every sort of wood burning in the Bay Area, including Alameda County. So put down that wood and put on an extra sweater because the temperature in Albany will hover around 47 degrees.
Among many writers in Albany is Michele Feltman Strider, who has " It tells the story of a young woman coming home for Thanksgiving during her freshman year of college. Sounds to me like this could be very apt for this holiday season, and perhaps for parents with a freshly emptied nest.

In light of the news of the Saturday night robbery on the BART path, several of you expressed , with one person even offering to donate the overly bright light by their house, and another (more seriously) suggesting bike police patrols along the path.
