What do you like best about Albany?

Harvey: I lived almost all my life in Berkeley.  Albany is Berkeley's neighbor, and I like the small-town ambience.

Why did you move here?

Harvey: I like the small neighborhood feel of Albany. And the school here is good.

What does the Fourth of July mean to you?

DiBenedetto: We were just talking that people didn't want taxes!  It's obviously Independence Day. It's a celebration. I grew up in a small community; it is about getting together with friends and family and showing unity. But when the day passes, people forget about it.

What would you like to change about Albany if you could?

DiBenedetto: I want the city to give parking permits for the residents. They ticket us right outside of our house. We live near Solano Avenue, so we have to move our cars all the time.
