Huge Yard Sale to Benefit Healing Muses, 9 a.m., 1115 Key Route Blvd. Healing Muses is an Albany-based non-profit that sends harpists and flutists to hospitals and clinics to play soothing and calming music. Their services are very healing and work wonders for patients and staff. You can support them by getting stuff you need from their yard sale tomorrow. Many Items for Sale: Books; Kitchenware; furniture; small appliances; games and toys; painting and fixing supplies; picture frames; videos and DVDs; high end glassware; clothing; decorative items; backpacks, purses, suitcases; linens and bedding; ceramics; vases; music; blankets.

Garage Sale on Cornell Ave., 10 a.m., 631 Cornell Ave. Furniture (children's twin bed with mattress & antique white sleigh bed with rails only, rocking chair, 2 desks, school chair & more), Clothes (Baby/Adult/Child), Electronics, Lots of Toys, Lots of Books, Kitchen Stuff & Many Other Household Items!!

1012 Ordway St. Free sale! in Albany -- it's all free, 9:30 a.m.

Uniden phones. PowerMax 5.8 ghz. Base phone and two more radio phones that only need plug, not jack. Still working last I used them, but sound quality was poor at my house. Might work better at yours. Cell phone chargers; Waterpik. Small version. Used, but still working; Upholstered art chair. Harvest gold. Swivels or rocks or something. A must-have for frat house porches. Ergonimic keyboard. Accord brand. IMB PC compatible. Optiquest computer monitor. NOT flat-screen. Christmas lights. Small, white. Not working. Maybe you can fix them. Bag of pre-made bows in Christmas colors. Empty clothing boxes. Gift bags. Easter basket & plastic eggs. Scrabble game. Musty. But tiles can be washed & used. Kids' wooden puzzle. Train game for small kids. Clothes & shoes. Old tennis balls. Road maps (AAA, etc.) Chenille throw pillow. Waffle iron. Was working last we tried, but has a frayed cord.

625 Cornell Ave., 10 a.m. Orange microwave, standalone kerosene heater for winter, Shark dustbuster, espresso machine, lawnmower, beautiful clothes and shoes.

1045 Cornell Ave., 9 a.m. We did our spring cleaning during the summer and have lots of items for sale. Some items new or nearly new. Household items, VHS movies, some DVD movies, clothes, kitchen items (some tupperware and pampered chef items). Candles and candle holders... 2 TV's (one TV with built in DVD and VHS player), a few cabinets, storage bins... the list goes on and on. Great prices. Ready to clear stuff out so all items will be sold at great deals.

Carmel Avenue, between Marin and Solano, 9 a.m. to 1 a.m. Krups espresso machine, patio furniture, quality paperback books, crazy-ass paintings and a Leroy Neiman Parisian scene with a jaw-dropping, mouth watering, oh I simply gotta have her (or at least those damn bananas on her skirt) Josephine Baker on a banner in the background (a three-hundred dollar value). My kids are getting rid of some old bikes too.

931 Evelyn Ave., 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. An assortment of normal and odd items, such as jigsaw puzzles, mat and glue. Mostly contemporary, but also an early 1970s political cartoon puzzle featuring Richard Nixon and Spiro Agnew; nun costume; football shaped grill still in box and never used; cheap tent good to send your kids out for some backyard camping; George Foreman toaster oven with a million features; file cabinet; unused coffee press; North Face sleeping bag, also other sleeping bags; tennis racquets; some clothing, including London Fog coats, Marmot rainsuit, Columbia parka; books, including an original 1965 John Lennon; old National Geographic magazines from 1915 to 1943; 8 Mikasa teacups and saucers; Miscellaneous little stuff for cheap, and whatever else we find tonight

Our next door neighbors are having a sale too. Come join the party. We love our friends, neighbors and bargain hunters, but early birds will be greeted by undercaffeinated scowling people.

935 Evelyn Ave., 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Big yard sale. We will be selling furniture, children's items, bicycles, toys, and household items. Come by and have a look or just come by for a chat!

1010 Kains, 10:30 a.m. Here are some of the things we have for sale. 2 Ikea twin beds with mattress, furniture, TV, electronics, video games, kids' clothes, teen clothes, adult clothes, dinnerware, comic books, and lots more.

Red Oak, Kinkead and 6th St., 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Everything in the house will be for sale; from furniture to kitchen appliances, toys, and office equipment.
