The library, located at 1247 Marin Ave.,
Earlier this year, the FAL held one-day sale on January 26 which grossed $2,036.85.

FAL is a 501(c)(3) public benefit non-profit corporation, staffed entirely by by volunteers. Their main purpose is to support the Albany Library, which they fund by selling donated books.

Typically FAL donates up to $40,000 a year for programs and materials at the Albany Library. Donations of books and money are fully deductible — their EIN No. is 94-3085229.
