Storms Headed Our Way, Five Days Of Rain in the Forecast

The storms might also dampen some of the holiday activities planned around Albany and make holiday shopping a little more challenging. Several outdoor events are scheduled during the rainy days.

Albany residents can get up to 10 sandbags from the Albany Fire Department. Residents must bring a photo ID in order to receive the bags, which can be filled at the Ocean View Park parking lot. Residents are required to bring their own shovels to load the bags.
