Cerrito Creek cleanup

Friends of Five Creeks, Neighbor

Join Friends of Five Creeks, El Cerrito Trail Trekkers, and Green Teams removing trash and sprucing up the Cerrito Creek area west of San Pablo.

Meet at El Cerrito's Creekside Park, south end of

Santa Clara or Belmont Avenues (3499 Santa Clara on Internet maps, AC Transit 25 or 72, short walk from El Cerrito Plaza BART). We'll go upstream, downstream, over to Central Park and maybe even up Albany Hill. There's light and heavy weeding, too!



We supply tools, gloves, water, and snacks. Wear closed-toed shoes with good traction. If you want to wade, dress for it.

All ages welcome -- young kids can enjoy the creek and play structure.
