The gentle movement and breathing exercises from Tibetan Yoga can be practiced even when there is significant physical limitation. Donna Morton draws on her expertise as a Tibetan Yoga instructor and physical therapist to discuss how you can adapt Tibetan Yoga exercises to promote healing and maintain vitality at all times and ages.
