Self-Image: A daylong Buddhist Psychology Workshop

False expectations, critical judgments, and negative emotions are rooted in complex images that we hold of ourselves and the world. This workshop looks directly at how self-images develop and how we can free ourselves from their compulsive power.  Open to those with some experience in meditation or Nyingma Psychology.

This workshop meets the qualifications for continuing education credit for MFT’s and LCSW’s as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. Provider: Nyingma Institute #2513.

Instructors: Sylvia Gretchen and Erika Rosenberg.

Cost: $80, includes a vegetarian buffet lunch.

Make it a mini retreat! Participants may arrange to stay overnight in one of the Institute’s comfortable guest rooms for an additional $45 per night. As a retreatant overnight workshop guests are offered complimentary Sunday morning meditation and Tibetan Yoga class.

Visit our website about our many spring workshops and  summer retreats.
