Mobilizing for 10/10/10

Transition Albany's initiating group is having one of our twice monthly

planning meetings on Monday September 13th, 7:30 mom at 943 Madison

Street (between Solano and Buchanan). We would like to invite anyone

with a desire to be proactive in moving forward the cause of community

resilience and reduced consumption.

Come early and check out the first stages of Catherine and Leonard's cob

chicken house!

We will be concentrating on mobilizing energy and projects for the

Global Work Party Day on October 10th. This is a huge opportunity to

join a global movement of small local projects that send a message to

state and national government that citizens are ready to do whatever it

takes and that we are ready for them to step up to the plate.
