Albany’s strong play over Miramonte allowed coach Roger Worsely to get some valuable playing time for his younger players, including a number of freshmen recently brought up from the J.V. team.

In the NCS semifinals, the 4th seeded Cougars (23-3) will take on number one seed Campolindo (24-9) on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m.  Campolindo needed four sets to get by Petaluma High on Saturday night to reach the semis.

Campolindo High School is located at 300 Moraga Road in Moraga.
