Cymbidiums in the Winter Garden

Are you finding it hard to completely enjoy the nice weather we've been having, as most of the country freezes and we worry as the days without rain pile up? One silver lining – our garden is happy, and George’s cymbidium orchids are blooming like crazy. 

I've got four photos of the best of them. The first is a Tracyanum, which is overflowing its pot with tons of flower spikes. The second is a favorite of mine. It's called Cymbidium Final Flame, and I love the large red flowers.

The third is Arcadian Sunrise ‘Patrice’. This yellow beauty has been blooming for at least a month! And last but not least, Cymbidium Evening Star ‘Bethlemen’. I love the name, and the delicate pink flowers are amazing.
