Stepped Up Law Enforcement at the Bulb - Illustrated!

Albany has successfully demonstrated how easy it is to use the criminal justice system to deal with homelessness and pesky lawsuits. The Patch peanut gallery and our city council must be ecstatic now that the previously hidden "elephant in the room" of drug abuse at the bulb has been made visible! Now, we simply re-purpose our plans for a state park by putting up a big gate across the neck of the Bulb and all our problems are solved.
