Fun, Free, Family-friendly Music Event at Memorial Park Tues May 20, 7pm

The Albany community is invited to join the Albany High School bands and the Albany Community Foundation at a new and exciting event this spring.  On Tuesday, May 20, the AHS Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Orchestra, and Jazz Lab will perform a free outdoor concert for the entire community in Memorial Park starting at 7:00 p.m.

Come early and enjoy a preconcert picnic dinner in the park with family and friends.  There will be no food available for purchase this year, so be sure to bring your own wonderful culinary delights.

Albany High School’s award winning music program promises to provide an evening of delightful entertainment.  This end of the year concert will showcase the talents of these remarkable musicians to the entire community on the park’s outdoor stage. This is a wonderful opportunity for students in the elementary and middle schools to hear the high school performers and imagine their futures as musicians at Albany High School.

We hope to see you all at Memorial Park on May 20 for our second annual band concert.
