Things are definitely deteriorating at and near the Bulb. The decay there is downright depressing and the citizens of Albany hope for a quick resolution so we won't have to keep reading about this in 2014. I will be calling for an emergency session of the Albany City Council very soon and I guarantee it will be well attended.

How is theft of mail from a person's USPS mail box a "civil" matter? Isn't it considered a felony offense these days? At least I would have expected to see "referred to outside agency."

It doesn't say stolen from their mail box, it seems to suggest that the reporting party believes it's disappearing while in custody of the Albany PO. I don't think we have enough information here to anticipate what the actual facts are, though.
