2:52 p.m. Someone flagged down a police officer near Solano and Carmel avenues saying two men in a white pick-up truck had tried to sell him or her "meat on the street."
7:25 p.m. Someone stole a laptop from a home in the 1000 block of Ramona Avenue after a living room window was left partially open.
9:33 p.m. Police arrested Irvin McHenry on suspicion of driving under the influence in the 400 block of Key Route Boulevard. Police took McHenry to the Glenn E. Dyer jail in downtown Oakland.
11:40 a.m. Police responded to a vehicle accident near Solano and San Pablo avenues where a passenger was reportedly injured. According to police, the collision was a very low-speed rear-end collision. Everyone was wearing seat belts and alcohol was not believed to be a factor. No one was cited.
6:19 p.m. Someone reported a tree along the curbline on Garfield Avenue had been vandalized, with "a large branch torn off [and removed] sometime today."
7:30 p.m. Someone with a gun on San Pablo.
1:15 a.m. Police arrested Angelina Roberts of Oakland on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance in the 1000 block of San Pablo Avenue. She was taken to the Glenn E. Dyer jail.
2:27 a.m. Police arrested Frank Jun Sung Hur at Solano and Kains avenues on suspicion of driving under the influence. Hur, of Dublin, was taken to the Glenn E. Dyer jail.
9:56 a.m. A representative reported that someone had tried to pass a bad check at the bank the day before.
1:54 p.m. Two AC Transit buses were involved in a non-injury collision on Buchanan and Jackson streets. One of the eastbound lanes was blocked temporarily.
2:02 p.m. Someone stole an iPod and other items, via the side window, from a vehicle parked near the 100 block of Pierce Street.
2:29 p.m. Someone stole a dark gray and orange men's Schwinn Ranger bicycle from a parking garage on Pierce.
6:56 p.m. An injured sea lion beached itself at the Albany waterfront. A disagreement occurred between dog owners and animal care workers; the sea lion reportedly bit a dog. The Marine Mammal Center rescued the sea lion and removed it.
8:25 p.m. Police recovered a stolen vehicle on Washington Avenue just west of Madison Street.
10:56 p.m. Someone on Solano called police to say he believed he left his keys in his back door; he asked police to lock the door and hold his keys for him.
11:05 p.m. Police arrested Katelyn Wade Masler of Oakland on suspicion of driving under the influence near . She was taken to the Glenn E. Dyer jail.
12:43 a.m. Police arrested three 18-year-olds, including two Albany residents, after someone reported them "being loud banging on cars as they walk" on Cornell Avenue. Those arrested included Cole Kanbara Yamada, on suspicion of resisting arrest and vandalism; and Nathaniel Isaac Novak, of Albany, and Brian Anthony Bernard, of Richmond, on suspicion of public intoxication and vandalism.
12:14 p.m. Someone reported three girls and a boy "smoking marijuana" and "passing [a] pipe" in the 400 block of Evelyn Avenue. Case report taken.
6:26 p.m. Someone reported a vehicle stolen from the parking lot, but the request for police was cancelled.
7:09 p.m. Police arrested Marvin Medrano of Richmond near Cornell and Marin avenues after someone reported a man on a red BMX bike in a puffy jacket looking into vehicles. Medrano was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication. He was taken to the Glenn E. Dyer jail.
10:39 a.m. Someone reported that his or her vehicle in the 1000 block of Curtis Street had been hit several nights earlier, possibly by a Jeep.
2:41 p.m. Someone reported that one customer's dog bit another customer's dog in front of .
2:58 p.m. Someone stole a laptop out of a vehicle in the 500 block of Key Route Boulevard during the night; the vehicle was "possibly left unlocked."
4:06 p.m. A woman reported a deer in her driveway, on Marin, laying next to her vehicle. The animal would "let her go up to it and it still won't move." The matter was referred to an outside agency.
9:47 a.m. A stereo was taken from a vehicle in the 900 block of Tulare Avenue.
11:20 a.m. Police recovered a stolen vehicle in front of on San Pablo.
1:34 p.m. Someone stole a stereo, GPS unit and CDs from, and caused interior damage to, a vehicle in the 900 block of Ventura Avenue.
6:46 p.m. Someone reported a vandalism, in the form of five BB gun shots, into an apartment window in the 500 block of Adams Street.
1:37 p.m. Someone reported that his or her vehicle was keyed while in front of on San Pablo. The caller believed the incident possibly was caused by road rage.
1:34 p.m. Someone in the 1200 block of Brighton Avenue reported that her Audi had been keyed "on both sides" sometime after 8:30 a.m.
5:48 p.m. Someone reported his or her vehicle, in the 1400 block of Portland Avenue, had been burglarized during the night.
11:13 p.m. Police arrested Demetrius Rashawn Killingsworth on suspicion of battery, following a "citizen's arrest," after someone reported a man and woman inside the pool room in a fight. He was taken to the Glenn E. Dyer jail.
