Raymond Anderson Trial Delayed to May 6

Anderson was charged last year with six counts of molestation

The trial of an Albany man accused of committing sexual offenses against minors, originally scheduled to begin on Monday, March 25, has been delayed until next month, according to the Alameda Couty District Attorney's Office.

Raymond Anderson, who was arrested and charged earlier last year with six counts of molestation related to twin girls who lived with him in the 1990s, is scheduled for trial beginning May 6, said Teresa Drenick, Alameda County deputy district attorney.

Anderson appeared in court on Oct. 12 and Oct. 29 for pretrial hearings.
