UC Police Look for Flasher from University Village Incident

A male exposed himself to a young girl at the Village earlier this week.

University of California police are looking for a man who exposed himself to a girl through a bedroom window at on Tuesday, police announced today. 

On Tuesday at 7:15 p.m., a young girl was playing in her bedroom when she noticed a male standing outside her window exposing himself, police said.

The girl alerted her mother but, by the time the mother entered the bedroom, the suspect had left.  

The victim's father searched the area but couldn't find the male, who was described as white, with short brown curly hair, possibly wearing gray or brown
clothing.

UC police officers searched the area but also could not find him.

Police ask anyone with information about this crime to call the University of California Police Department, Criminal Investigation Bureau, at 510-642-0472 (from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.), or 510-642-6760 at all other times.
