AT&T filed suit against the city in federal court on Aug. 27 accusing the city of "unreasonable delay" in acting on the application, which was filed on Nov. 30.
The City Council approved the antennas on a close 3-2 vote on Sept. 3. City staff at the time said AT&T would likely withdraw the suit if the council approved the antennas.
