It's open to the public from 9AM-3PM.

1) Log on to https://www.givelife.org

2) Enter "USDA" as the sponsor code and click "search" button
3) Click on "USDA Albany American Red Cross Bus"
4) FInd a time with available appointments and click "schedule"
5) Click "O.K." to be redirected to the sign in/registration page
6) Sign in or register with email address and password (usually your birthday e.g.01/01/2010)
