Discussion with Whitney Dotson, Albany's elected representative on the East Bay Regional Park District Board regarding how the City of Albany and the EBRPD can best work together to achieve our common goals, including Bay Trail, Beach Study implementation, Measure WW funds for Eastshore State Park, and long range plans for incorporating the Bulb into Eastshore State Park.
