Residents Invited to 'Bike About Town' in Albany Tonight

Tonight marks the first of several rides in Albany over the summer months.

  • The City of Albany Recreation & Community Services Department is excited to start our Bike About Town series again!

So pump up your tubes, grab your helmet and join us for a leisurely ride around Albany. Riders of all ages will meet at Wheels of Justice at 6:30 pm for a quick safety review and then head out for a ride.

We will highlight some of the proposed bike lanes around town and will emphasize bike road rules along the way. Stay for the raffle prizes and local discounts to Solano Avenue businesses.

Please mark your calendars for the 3rd Friday of the month rides:

  • May 16
  • June 20
  • July 18
  • August 15
  • September 19

Meet at Wheels of Justice, 1554 Solano Ave. at 6:30 p.m.

Special thanks to Albany Strollers & Rollers and Wheels of Justice!
