Rochelle Nason Appointed to Albany City Council

Nason will take the Oath of Office on July 21.

The Albany City Council appointed Rochelle Nason to the city council during last night's council meeting.

Nason beat out Margaret (Peggy) McQuaid and Nick Pilch for the vacant seat.

According to the Albany City Council updates,  "The Council conducted a balloting process and appointed Rochelle Nason to the Vacancy on the City Council. An Oath of Office Ceremony will be held as part of the July 21, 2014 City Council Meeting."

More like lack of substance, Caryl. Going forward, I hope the city does not waste any more of its time and resources on Amber.

All candidates were qualified and I thank them for their public service, past and present. Rochelle's background, qualities and experience will serve Albany in good stead. Congratulation Rochelle! Onwards!

Congratulations to Rochelle// Amber complains that the candidate she hand picked didn't win, cries "cronyism".. that's... not surprising. That the council went with a lawyer who might agree with them on most issues- is how govt works. Letting public enemy and financial drain #1 speak on your behalf- is hilarious i'm heading to youtube to hopefully watch this right now.
