Monday Jan. 23, 2012, will be the next Wellness Committee meeting.
Our major focus will be on the upcoming Wellness Lecture series. Our subcommittee has been hard at work. We'll provide update, and request assistance and feedback.
We will also present the PowerPoint slideshow on AUSD wellness that was prepared for the Jan. 17 Board of Education meeting.

The Wellness Committee's focus this year is Student Stress, encompassing topcis such as what success means, homework, and sleep. The Wellness Committee, among other agenda items, will be planning for a lecture series on these topics for the community.
