Albany Wooden Tennis Racquet Association Meet-up

Playing with a wooden racquet takes patience, skill and a sense of humor (as you get used to the itty-bitty sweet spot). Without the overwhelming power delivered by modern equipment it's a whole new ball game. Besides being good ol' fashioned fun, wooden racquet play also promotes longer rallies and a wider assortment of shots. Playing with this type of racquet is a fun and unique challenge.

Join us for casual, drop-in play as well as possible tournaments. All levels, from beginners to pros, are welcome. Wooden racquets are available for rent.
