The workout can best be described as a functional training, core stability, and multisport tune-up. The goal is to build strength, improve performance, and prevent injury in your chosen sport. All levels welcome, but be sure you have your physician's clearance!
Each workout agenda will include different equipment and movements that will vary from week-to-week to keep things interesting, but it is guaranteed to be under 1 hour, safe and fun!
Triathletes are especially welcome. We'll help get you tuned up for the Albany Triathlon on September 29, 2012.
