Why did you run: To motivate me in my overall fitness program and to challenge myself to bring forth my best effort.

How did the race go? It is a fun event and it was pretty tough for me during the last two miles.

What was your favorite part of the race? I love being part of a group of healthy, fit people out there giving it their all. The vibe is fun and friendly.

How do you feel now? Full body tired.

What was your training routine? I trained with the San Francisco Marathon Training Club. We met for long runs on Saturdays for 18 weeks leading up to the race and I also ran on my own.

Are there places around Albany that are good to run? I like the BART path for quick runs right out my door. Can't wait for the retrofitting to be completed. Also anywhere on the Bay Trail and I love the trails in Tilden Park.
