Perfect Practice Makes Perfect
It is a new month at The Fuse Fitness and time for a new challenge for both the body and mind. This month we are going to focus on Perfect Form. Whether you have been working out for 10 days or 10 years, practicing perfect form when performing exercises is important.
Our advice is do fewer exercises well versus more exercises with sloppy form. Quality over quantity. Practicing perfect form will help you reduce the risk of injury as well as maximize the benefits of the exercise.
Instead of writing about perfect form, we created a video to demonstrate. We start this four-part series by showing you how to do a proper plank. Watch and learn. If you have any questions, drop by the studio or email us at info@thefusefitnessstudio.com.
