The Perfect Squat

Perfect Practice Makes Perfect
This month everyone at The Fuse Fitness Studio is challenging themselves by focusing on practicing perfect form when exercising. Week one we showed you how to do the perfect plank, week two was the perfect push-up and now week three brings us to the lower body with the perfect squat.

Nice and Firm
The squat will help firm and strengthen your lower body. From your ankles to your gluteus maximus, this exercise hits all the right spots. The good news is that like all the other exercises in this video series, you can do squats anytime, any place. You don't need fancy equipment, just five to ten minutes a day while you are watching TV. Start by doing as many reps as you can and every other day, add two or three more. Push yourself up to, but not over your limit.
