Burger Depot is an old-fashioned burger joint that sells juicy hamburgers made on the grill before your very eyes, as well as french fries, homemade ice cream, milkshakes and root beer floats. The restaurant has a children's section and a more adult section, but due to its very reasonable prices and food selection it is also a mecca for the after-school teen and tween crowd.

Good food but it's really the owners David and Daisy that keep us coming back! They've owned Burger Depot for over 30 years! They made us(husband, daughter & I) feel like part of the neighborhood the first time we came in just after moving from our beloved neighboorhood in SF to Albany. Thanks for the warm welcome!

my folks used to take me here to eat for special occasions back when I was a little kid & we lived on Talbot, and it was one of my favorite places (although it took me a while back then to figure out it wasn't pronounced dee-pot :) These days it does look a little different (but really only a *little*) and the burgers are just as tasty :)
