Julie Gilgoff, Neighbor

Julie Gilgoff has been a freelance writer for the past five years and <br>has published articles in Newsday, Georgetown Journal on Law and Poverty, and The Jerusalem Post. She is about to get her first book published dealing with the McCarthy era. She has worked as an elementary school teacher and volunteered in Nicaragua as an EnvironmentalEducation Peace Corps Volunteer. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Barnard College, majoring in History. Gilgoff currently resides in Berkeley, CA, teaching English as a Second Language.
