Neo Serafimidis, Neighbor

Neo Serafimidis lives in Albany with his wife and young son. He currently works as a web developer and IT business process analyst. Neo is also a fine art photographer. Prior to moving to the East Bay ten years ago, Neo lived in Seattle WA, where he earned his PhD in Philosophy from the University of Washington. He erratically maintains the blog SightWordSound.com.
